Petition Drug tests for parents on benefits with vouchers for necessities if they fail

I'm sure many of you tax payers can agree that nothing is more infuriating than those who claim benefits to help care for their children, but use their benefit money to buy drugs.

I believe that a parent should be in the best mental and health state as possible to help ensure that the child under their care comes to no harm. If a parent chooses to take drugs over supporting and caring for their children they should be stripped of the right to direct debit payments and instead, be given either food and nappy vouchers and vouchers for things alike, to inhibit the use of the money dedicated to the child, to be spent on narcotics.
