Closed Raise the minimum legal smoking age by 12 months, each year.

By raising the minimum legal age at which people can smoke (each year, by 12 months), no one under the age of 18 (today) will ever be legally able to smoke. This would slowly make smoking illegal in the UK. The long time period would soften the blow (due to the reduction in tax) to the government.
