Closed Stop Charging Victims of Theft for Recovery of Stolen Vehicles.

Every day, members of the public have their vehicles stolen which is a financial burden for them. Sometimes these vehicles are recovered by the police and taken to an impound where the owner will then have to pay £150 to get back. Why should victims of crime have to be penalized? This must stop.
