To be able to legally purchase cannabis through licensed coffee shops

Constant recent studies have proven that cannabis is no where near as dangerous as once thought. Increasing popularity of the drug worldwide has shown other countries to take steps into legalizing cannabis and have proven over a reasonable amount of time that tax alone from full legalisation has improved important recourses in that area and crime rates have fallen i understand that what may work in one country may not work in another so i urge we at least trial it with a similar approach to Netherlands.
