Closed Change the Age of Criminal responsibility to different ages for different crimes

We have a campaign: DA4DC. Basically, what we want is to change the age of criminal responsibility from 10 years old, to different ages for different crimes. This in our opinion would make the age of criminal responsibility fairer and more effective.
