Closed make parking a motor vehicle on any walkway/pavement in the UK illegal

Parking motor vehicles on pavements causes dangerous hazards to pedestrians, especially those with limited mobility and limited sight. Pedestrians are often forced to walk in the road or to try and navigate their way through a potential mine field.This danger is magnified for the less able-bodied.
