This petition was submitted during the 2015–2017 Conservative government

Rejected petition reconsider the standing of fursuits as being porn items.

minors (people under the age of 18), who do their work, save their money and collect their payments may be said to have freedom on what they spend it on... but the uk government still considers some none-porn items as being porn related.

More details

this fact means uk fursuit maker are unable to take commisions from minors, take "bluefox fursuit" as an example:
http://www.bf-fursuits.com/ToS.html

he states "If you are under the age of 18, I wont be able to work with you. Sorry! This is for legal reasons.", these legal reasons are that the uk government hasn't got time to look into some popular things and come up with a genuine definition of certain items... this loses british fursuit maker potential customers and stops minors buying them.

Why was this petition rejected?

It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.

We're not sure which law or laws you think need to be changed. We're not aware of any Government definition of "porn items".

If you could be more specific about the action that you think that the UK Government or Parliament needs to take, we could look at this again. You may wish to discuss this with the suppliers you want to buy from. It may be a problem with the legal status of minors entering into contracts.

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
