Closed Change law to stop our armed forces personnel from being criminally charged

Our forces are being sent to wars that are quit often declared wrongfully. Now we have a situation where our boys can be criminally charged with offences that occur in the battlefield. This should not be aallowed.

Our forces quit often face situations where if they were caught and held captive, their imprisoners can and do do exactly as they want to our forces with impunity. If anybody should be procecuted, it should be those that sent our forces in. Give our forces the freedom to do the job that they have been trained to do without fear of recrimination.
