Closed Cap Child Benefit and Child Tax Credit to one or two children

Families who receive benefits for children continue to be supported for each an every child they have. Those who earn over a certain amount, paying taxes to support others having children are limited to have only the amount that they can financially support. This is wrong. Child Benefit and Child Tax Credits should be limited to one or two children. This is the amount that most working class families are barely able to support.
