Rejected petition Start a petition for all animals to have a law and for there to be animal rights

Just want what is right for animals they should have rights like human rights there should be animals rights and a proper law enforced. Reason been in me doing this is I See all this pictures of animal cruelty and nothing being done just turning a blind eye. Hopefully we can get enough ppl for it.
