Petition Make it a criminal offence to leak the identity of someone until s/he is charged

The leaking of the investigations into Cliff Richard and Field Marshal Lord Bramall brands them with the stigma that "there's no smoke without fire".

The Police are of course obliged to investigate such allegations, but until someone is charged, his/her identity should not be revealed.
