Closed Abolish VED (generally known as Road Tax) on all Powered 2 Wheelers

Motorcycles/scooters reduce congestion, use less parking land space, cause less wear & tear to the roads than other forms of sustainable modes of transport.
Abolishing VED can encourage more to use P2Ws, even a car with a VED yearly price of £30 doesn't reduce congestion or parking land space!
