Enact legislation to prevent the use of recorded message systems for the purposes of cold calling to both Private & Business numbers & provide a means for the recipient to dial a short code whan the call starts to log the call with the TPS so they have evidance of breaches of their terms on cold calling as it is widely abused.

This form of cold calling is indescriminate, for private homes extremely annoying, for business causes great inconvience & is a drain on resources (tying up phone lines & staff).
