Petition Make the new £155 pension rate available to existing pensioners in April.

I and several friends over the age of 65 have paid more than the now required 30 years of contributions but will not receive the new £155 pension in April. I personally have paid conributions for 42 years but will receive no refund of my 12 years extra payment. Some have paid more. This is unfair.
