Petition Work with other EU member states to Keep Permanently Deactivated Weapons Legal

The European Union , in response to the Paris terror attacks , are proposing to amend the EU Firearms Directive to ban certain semi-automatic firearms, "which will not, under any circumstance, be allowed to be held by private persons, even if they have been permanently deactivated ".
