Closed Stock market for investors and not for speculators

Make steps for reforming the stock market worldwide.
Build a time delay in any transaction.

This 200 year old institution is abused by speculators using computers to buy and sell in seconds, which cannot be called investment. Speculators create havoc in the market ruining perfectly good companies and even countries and bring misery to millions of innocent people.

Investor = some body that finances some listed company and expects some profit if the company does well.They cannot expect a profit in a few seconds / minutes.
