Transport for London and their "Cycling Tsar" Andrew Gilligan have launched a public consultation for a catastrophically ill-designed scheme (Cycle Superhighway 11) which threatens to cause increased air pollution, traffic hell and gridlock in the Swiss Cottage / St John's Wood areas of London.
