Closed To create a compulsory road safety test for UK cyclists.

To decrease accidents and increase safe riding on UK roads I would like a road safety test to be introduced so that all cyclists understand the rules of the road including all signs, signals and markers and guidance of how to correctly ride a bicycle on a road.

-In 2014 there were a total of 21,287 cycling casualties of which 113 were killed.
