Rejected petition Stop KC Having the Monopoly in the Hull Area and let other supplies in.

Currently in the Hull and Beverley area we can only use one internet and telephone supply which is KC - we are currently charge what ever they want as they are the only supplier we can have. Many people want to have other ISPs who can supply the Hull and Beverley Area.
