Recently my cat was hit by a car luckily a very kind woman took her in wrapped her up put her in a towel & box and placed a rose in beside her its really affected us now its illegal to not report a dog, so why not a cat? There just as loved and apart of the family so let's make it illegal !

All animals play a big part in your family so when it comes to running a cat over it should be treated the same way as if you had to run over a dog, your heart breaks just as much wither it be a cat or dog there should be no difference when it comes to justice for our furry friends, whoever ran my cat over must have been speeding due to the mess she was left it now think this could have been a child, your child , anyone with animals know how precious they are to you&your family please sign
