Rejected petition bbc Iplayer does not need a tv licence !!

The goverment wants to enforce us to pay for a tv liscence for bbc Iplayer ! At the moment you do not need one as it is catch up tv and not board cast live ! We are making this petition so that bbc player stays free and purely catch up only
