Petition Re-instate the death penalty

£105,000. That is how much money it costs to house a murderer for a year. That money is taxpayer's money. Your money. Not only this, but why would we want to keep evil people in the system anyway. Obviously, there are limits - mental illness, self-defence etc., but some people won't change.
