Closed Force the BBC to scrap the licence fee in favour of funding from advertisements.

Since the 1940's the BBC have used scare tactics and in some cases, harassment to enforce the issuing of its TV licence fee on members of the general public. We would like for them to stop these tactics and obtain funding through advertisements like all other freeview channels.
