Rejected petition Stop Oldham Tommyfield Market from being turned into an Asian Bazaar
Tommyfield is historic - over 150 years old and the first place in the country to serve fish and chips!! This latest Council proposal is another step in the wilful destruction of the market. Specialist markets are fine - but by their nature they cater for only ONE section of a community.
