Stockton Borough council residents have 3 different receptacles for recycling, white bag for plastics, blue box for glass and tins and blue bag for paper. Middlesbrough council down the road have 1 wheelie bin. More people would recycle in Stockton if they didn't have to sort out 3 bags each time
