Closed Ban telemarketing companies from using fake mobile or fake local phone numbers

I am sick of answering the phone to any number that starts with 01977 ( my local village) only to find that it is a national call centre trying to sell me ppi reclaim or accident claim recovery. I only expect call from my local area if there is an issue its the same with fake mobile numbers

I screen calls from 0845, 0800, 0345 etc because it has got to the point where I get 20 calls a day trying to sell me ppi or other insurance reclaim. The companies posing as being local to you or calling from a mobile know that they would normally be screened. Theses fake diallers should be made illegal.
