SO MANY DRIVERS ARE BUYING CHEAP CARS AND DRIVING AROUND WITHOUT INSURANCE , COSTING ALL OF US MORE ON OUR INSURANCE . IF GOVERMENT TOOK AN ASSURITY ON ALL 2ND HAND CARS , WHICH YOU WOULD GET BACK WHEN YOU SHOW YOU HAVE CAR INSURED
