Rejected petition Abolish GMT time zone and keep BST time zone

We need to keep to one time zone, let's keep too BST it has benefiting factors in the winter as an longer hour in the evening will have huge advantages, for crime rates and will reduce energy use. Let's be part of Europe and not turn our watches back in October
