Closed Changes to the UK Driving Licences

Age and inexperience are two of the the biggest factors in causing accident, injury and death on the roads of the UK so my request are

- New driver to drive to a curfew (Not between 11pm and 5am) and in restricted powered vehicles (not above 1400cc engines) for 1 year after passing test.
- Drivers who pass the age of 70 should take a mandatory assessed drive which can agree a five year licence extension, order a series of refresher driving sessions before a re-test and should the assessor still feel that the driver is not safe to drive withdraw the licence.
