Closed Stop Foreign Aid and divert the money to the NHS.

British people pay their taxes towards the NHS. They are having to wait longer and longer on waiting lists due to the service being used by non tax payers who have no right to free treatment. Foreign aid comes out of our taxes so it should be stopped and used for British tax payers.
