Closed Death certificates to be given to parents of babies from 16 weeks

Please help me to change the law on registering the death of a baby from 16 weeks of pregnancy. I gave birth to my baby boy at 20 weeks pregnant. He did not breathe so I could not register him, which is not fair.

Women who give birth to children prior to 24 weeks of pregnancy are unable to register the death of their babies. This is not fair as they are still babies and the death certificate means a lot. This is very hard for women and thousands of women have been through this. Please help me get the law changed so babies can be registered when they die.
