Petition DVLA need a telephone customer department that corrects the mistakes they make
DVLA fined us for their mistake with our DIrect Debit.
It has been shocking to find they have no telephone service for their mistakes to be sorted out. Only telephone lines to pay the "fine" even when you don't owe them it. Very stressful time trying to sort it out.
