Closed Make Rail companies compensate for delays over 15 minutes

We are all frustrated by train delays whether its 5 mins, 10 mins or an hour plus. We must be compensated for even minor delays.

Imagine you being late for a 9 AM meeting by 15 minutes and entering the meeting room with guilt or missing you flight by 15 minutes or Arriving late for your interview by 15 minutes. 15 minutes is a long time for spoiling your day. Lets the rich rail companies pay at least 50% for any delay between 15 to 30 minutes and 100% for delays more than 30 minutes.
