Rejected petition Make BT (British Telecom) provide a professional service to their Customers

I have personally been waiting for over 9 months now for BT to provide me with a landline and broadband service. For the past 9 months, they have constantly lied on every communication.

I have lodged the complaint with the Ombudsman service, who have done nothing to help.
