Closed Create Safe and free HGV parking areas across the country.

There are a large amount of HGV drivers parking in dodgy areas due to there being a lack of suitable free parking areas. This includes in lay-bys and industrial estates. This is putting the drivers, their goods and their vehicles at risk. Other European countries provide free parking. Why can't we?
