Channel 4 Dispatches has revealed a systematic agenda to cut benefit payments by Capita, contracted for the DWP for Personal Independence Payment assessments alongside Atos. There is evidence to suggest systematic fraud and abuse of vulnerable adults by these companies. We call for a public inquiry.
