My daughter lives in fear on a daily basis living within close vicinity of the offender. The offender was already on bail condition in relation to a previous case involving another child. He broke his bail conditions by approaching my daughter at school, by asking for her items of underwear.

The Law needs to change so that victims no longer live in fear, of seeing their abuser within their home towns. This will help victims to start regain confidence from fear, and living their lives once more.
This individual has come into your child's life uninvited, caused emotional stress and constant trauma, self-harming, to the point they don't want to live. My daughters abuser was given 300 hours Community Service, 3 years on the Sex Offenders Register and a Community Payback Order.
