Closed Hold referendum on whether country agrees with way government is managing NHS

Recent polls have shown that the people of the country disagree with the way the government is managing the NHS, the government claims it is carrying out what people want. This is disputed. We call on parliament to debate possiblity of holding a referendum so the people can have their say.
