Closed Cap CSA payments at set weekly amount regardless of income.

CSA payments are currently worked out based on the ex partners income. If you're on benefits you pay £5 per week. If you're earning £36,000 per year it goes to over £100 per week for a child and continues going up with each pound earned. Cap the CSA payments to child benefit amounts!

CSA payment calculator. Works out 15% of gross income for one child, 17% for 2 children and 19% for 3 or more children. On £36,000 per year for 3 children this is £567 per month. Leaving the payee with £1700 per month to live on. This is unfair on the payee.
