Rejected petition Let Zielsdorf family stay in Scotland after overstaying their Visa
A Canadian family’s been given ‘til June to pack up all their belongings and leave the Highlands, after immigration officials cancelled their visa. Over the past two years they’ve invested more than £200,000 of their own cash to build up the business, but are now being forced to sell it.

Inverness MP Drew Hendry has been trying to help the family appeal the Home Office decision and raised the issues with David Cameron during Prime Minister’s Questions this week:
