Closed Introduce compulsory voting and also a 'none of the above' box on ballot papers

With constant low turnouts for UK elections it always favours the establishment as they will always get their voters out which can be enough in areas who only have 30/40% turnout. We favour an Australian-style compulsory voting as long as they got a 'none of the above' box on the ballot paper.
