Petition Remove London's status as our capital city and move parliament out of London

The purpose of a capital city is to represent our country and its principles, yet London has enjoyed benefits which the rest of the UK has not had (see evidence). Creating a new capital and moving parliament away from London's influence would make it listen to the people it was made to represent.
