Closed Stop job discrimination against returning British Citizens

Government Departments have subcontracted recruitment companies (E.g. Capita) to manage the recruitment on their behalf. Some of these companies do not put forward candidates who have no been living in the UK for the past 3 - 5 years. This excludes British Citizens from working in the UK.
