Petition Stop The Council Penalty Charges for Driving in Bus Lanes on Bank Holidays!

I was given 3 separate tickets for driving in a bus lane on a Bank Holiday by Harrow Council, each a few seconds apart.

I do not drive on bus lanes but after my investigation, I realised it was on a bank holiday and I must have assumed because it was bank holiday the same rules on Sunday applies.
