Petition Compel Bookmakers to accept £100 wagers and ban closing accounts

Bookmakers are systematically closing accounts of any punter with even short term profits.this is totally contrary to them being licenced to accepting bets.A modest figure of £100 would hardly lay them open to nefarious acts but would equally give a fair deal.
