Closed Amend The Cancer Act 1939 to allow advertisement which has scientific proof

The Cancer Act 1939 prohibits advertisement of treatments & cures for cancer due to the large amount of false medicines being sold in the 1930's. In recent years scientific breakthroughs have created more effective treatments which doctors & the wider population are unaware of due to outdated laws.
