Rejected petition Drug taking as a defence for crimes committed should not be a valid defence.

People should not be allowed to use Being High On Drugs or Drink as a defence. Why are they allowed to try to use a crime to validate a second crime. They should be charged for admitting they broke the law in the first instance.
