Rejected petition Remove the illegal injunction effecting road usage in Harlow.

Harlow raised an injunctionn against motorcycles which could land you in prison in contempt of court for riding A to B via Harlow or respectfully riding with friends.

This is clear discrimination set by a council effecting your rights to ride your motorcycle.

This petition was rejected

Why was this petition rejected?

It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.

Courts in the UK are independent of Government and Parliament, so we can’t accept petitions asking for court judgments, including injunctions, to be overturned.

You could raise your issue with a local councillor, who represents you. You can use this page to find out who your local councillors are, and how to contact them:

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
