Closed Make electronic dog collars illegal to own and use in the UK.

Electronic dog collars are an outdated form of torture to help control dog barking through pain and fear. They have no place in society where other affordable options are widely available. A substantial fine and prison sentence should be the punishment for this form of animal cruelty.
