Closed Reduce funding for the BBC by the production cost of the new Top Gear.

The new format of Top Gear does not show value for money for the UK TV Licence payer. The new format is focused on capturing the US market and the revenue it can receive. The BBC should then have the cost of the new format production reduced from it's annual funding.

The new format of Top Gear does not show value for money for the UK TV Licence payer. The new format is focused on capturing the US market and the revenue it can receive. This is in effect is commercial TV and therefore should not have to be funded by the public purse. The BBC should then have the cost of the new format production reduced from it's annual funding until a UK audience based format is produced for the UK TV Licence payer.
